If a low priority ticket is left unclaimed after 12 hours, a DM is sent out to all users with the support role. - Only users with the “support” role are able to close tickets. - Once a ticket is closed, an email is sent to a specified email address with the chat log, category, priority, support agent who claimed it, and amount of time the ticket was open.
